• All answers and documents provided on this application must be submitted in English.

• Your application will be processed once a CHF150 (or other currency equivalent) due diligence contribution to TrustBridge Global Foundation has been received. Payment can be made at the end of this application by credit card. If you are unable to pay the application assessment by credit card, please submit the form and contact us for alternate payment methods.

• If your organization is located in a country where a TrustBridge Global Network Member exists you may need to provide additional information to the Network Member subsequent to this application.
