Daniel currently serves as Vice Chairman of LionRock Capital Hong Kong; as an independent, non-executive director of Sintek Photronics Corp.; and as a Senior Advisor of Viva China Limited, a Hong-Kong listed company. Prior to this, Daniel was an independent, non-executive director of Archer-Daniels-Midland; Deputy Chairman and Chairman of Governance Committee of Stella International Limited; Chairman of PepsiCo Greater China; President of Motorola China; Senior Partner of Ernst & Young; and executive at General Electric. Daniel has over 40 years of experience at major multinational and private companies in areas of business strategy, sales & marketing, and operations.
