Johanna is the Founder of SaltExchange, a venture that ignites and empowers philanthropists through connections and advisory services. Prior to launching SaltExchange, she served as President of The Grace & Mercy Foundation, where she stewarded philanthropic investments. Johanna began her professional career as a Certified Public Accountant, working with firms such as Deloitte and Morgan Stanley in New York City. She has more than twenty years of experience as a results-oriented strategic entrepreneur, consultant, and manager. As a member of the Board of Advisors, Johanna also serves Young Life Global Cities.
